  • Member of the French food-safety agency’s (AFSSA) Working Group on trans fatty acids and Expert Committee on additives, aromas and technological auxiliaries.
  • Active member of standardisation boards in France (AFNOR), Europe (CEN) and internationally (ISO).
  • Active member of the International Olive Oil Council’s (IOOC) chemistry commissions and panels.
  • Technical support within the Codex alimentarius Fats and Oils Committee.
  • Member of the ACTIA scientific council.
