Antioxidants and foods : participation in the 4th International Days of Study on the Lipids (Casablanca)

In collaboration with the AFECG (French Association for the Study of Fats and Oils), the Moroccan SMEL (Society for the Study of Lipids) and the French society SFC of Beauty care, the University Hassan II-Mohammedia organizes the 4th international days of Study on the Lipids of the from December 3rd to 5th 2009 with Casablanca.

These days are dedicated to antioxidants and the nutrition by integrating for the first time the component dermo-cosmetic besides food.
The various sets of themes are the following ones:
- Antioxidants and Food
- Antioxidants and Health
- New antioxidant nutritional ingredients
- Antioxidants and Cosmetic
- Lipids & New technologies

Anne ROSSIGNOL-CASTERA, Development Manager of ITERG, was in the session “Antioxidants and Food” on the oxidation of the food products and the preventive role of the antioxidants and on the development of new plant oils richer in antioxidants by optimization of the technological processes.
